Archive

Conversations → Archive (/conversations/archive) is the closed-thread list. It is not in the main sidebar. Open it from the Conversations rail footer (Archive). The live inbox is Conversations.

What it is

Headings read Closed conversations, or Closed voice conversations / Closed text conversations / Closed webchat conversations. The count is {n} closed. Threads land here after Close conversation on a live thread.

Open the screen

From Conversations, click Archive at the bottom of the channel rail. The footer then becomes Open chats, which returns to /conversations.

Deep links still accept ?id= and ?q=.

What the page shows

The same channel rail (All / Voice / Text / Web Chat), status chips, score, and search as the live inbox. There is no Show Closed toggle — every row here is already closed.

The composer on a closed thread is disabled: This conversation is closed.

Controls

• Channel, CRM status, Score, and search work the same as the live list
• Open chats returns to the live inbox
• You can still read the transcript, AI summary, and voice recording

Typical workflow

1. Close a live thread. Confirm Close conversation.
2. Open Archive when you need the history.
3. Search by name, message, or phone. Use Open chats to go back to work.
