Inbox Dashboard

Leads, response time, and channel health for Carrie and Brandi.

In the sidebar this item is labeled Dashboard, under Communications. The page title is Inbox Dashboard (/inbox). It is not the company Dashboard under Home.

What it is

Kicker Communications. Subtitle: “Operational command center for Carrie and Brandi — leads, response time, and channel health.” This is the ops view. You do not reply to guests here; use Conversations.

Open the screen

Click Dashboard under Communications. Without Inbox Pro the screen shows the Inbox Pro marketing page instead of metrics. Loader: Loading dashboard….

Pick a location and a range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.

What the page shows

  • Booked from AI — Reservations & events

Each KPI can show {n} vs prior period.

Charts: Leads captured (daily volume) and Time to first response (average seconds to first AI reply).

Channel performance: Voice / SMS / Web Chat with badge connected / setup / offline, {agent} · {n} leads, {n}s avg response.

Recent activity kinds: New lead, Booked, Needs human, Follow-up, Ticket.

Typical workflow

  1. Confirm location and Last 7 / 30 / 90 days.
  2. Check Missed after hours and channel badges. Offline or setup means that channel is not taking guests yet — see Inbox settings → Channels.
  3. Use Quick actions to jump into the queue that needs work.
