Add or edit customer

The Surveys form for a new or existing guest record.

Surveys → Add Customer (/surveys/new) and Edit Customer (/surveys/[id]) are not in the sidebar. Open them from Customers with Add Customer or a row edit. Kicker Surveys.

What it is

This form creates or updates one guest you can later send a review request to. It is not the send-request modal.

Open the screen

From /surveys, click Add Customer, or open an existing row to edit.

Controls

  • Full name
  • Code — +1 / +44 / +61
  • Phone
  • E-mail
  • Location
  • Add customer / Save changes / Saving…
  • Cancel

Typical workflow

  1. Pick the location the guest visited.
  2. Enter at least a name plus phone or email.
  3. Add customer. Then send the request from the list, using copy from Survey Templates.
