Survey Templates

SMS, email, and survey wording, plus a preview-only removal calculator.

Brand → Survey Templates (/templates) holds the copy guests receive. Kicker Brand. Loader: Loading templates…. There is no page AddonGate. Turning the survey on can open Reputation Management required.

What it is

This is the wording, not the guest list (Customers). Tabs: SMS · E-mail · Survey · Removal Calculator (if enabled or mock). Select Location is hidden on the calculator tab.

SMS

  • Request message with Maximum character limit: {N}
  • Follow-up reminders on/off
  • Quantity of reminders to send: 1 / 2

E-mail

  • Subject title

Removal Calculator (preview-only)

Integrate Removal Calculator · Create Snippet. Preview: “How much are fake reviews costing Harbor Grill?” and a sample $4,200 / month. Snippet modal: Removal calculator snippet — “Drop this iframe on harborgrill.com — UI only, no live calculator.” Width · Height · Accent · Copy snippet.

Typical workflow

  1. Pick the location (except on Calculator).
  2. Edit SMS first (character limit). Save to this location, then Save to All Locations only if every site should share the copy.
  3. Match the Survey high/low messages to QR Code settings.
  4. Ignore Calculator as a live tool until support says otherwise.
