Reply hub

Pending reply counts and the way into the positive and negative queues.

Brand → AI Review Reply (/review-reply) is the hub. Kicker Brand. Subtitle: “Auto-draft replies for your locations. Tone lives in positive / negative settings.”

What it is

The hub shows how many replies wait and links into the queues. The work happens on Positive and negative queues. Tone lives in Positive Review Reply and Negative Review Reply.

Open the screen

Click AI Review Reply. Loader: Loading AI Review Reply…. Without the add-on you see marketing. A tone can still show Upgrade required if that tone is unpaid.

What the page shows

Buttons Positive settings · Negative settings. Stats Pending · Positive queue · Negative queue. Queue previews Positive / Negative with View all or Upgrade required. Table Guest · Stars. Badges done / open. No empty copy on the preview tables.

Typical workflow

  1. Open View all on the queue with pending cards.
  2. Approve or edit drafts.
  3. Change tone on the matching settings page.
