What it is

How positive reviews are answered. Auto-posting without a stop in the queue is a settings choice. Leave a person in the loop if someone should approve each draft.

Open the screen

From the hub Positive settings, or the queue tab Setting. The page can stay locked until the positive tone is purchased.

Typical workflow

  1. Pick the location.
  2. Write a Reply on the sample review. Adjust tone and length.
  3. Add a signature. Turn SEO Optimized on only if you want keywords in the reply.
  4. Save Reply Settings for current location first.
