What it is

This is the post library. Generate new copy on Generate AI posts. Put ready posts on the calendar at Schedule posts. Facebook Pages come from Connect Accounts.

Open the screen

Click AI Post or My posts. Without AI Social Post (aiPosting) you see the add-on page. Loader: Loading posts…. Header: Accounts · Schedule · Generate post.

Banner if no Facebook Page: No Facebook Page connected. “You can still generate and save posts — connect a Page to publish or schedule them.” · Connect accounts.

What the page shows

Filter cards: All posts (Everything you manage here) · Ready (Waiting for a time slot) · Scheduled (Queued to go out) · Posted (Already live). Count: Showing N of N post(s).

Card: Untitled post fallback · Updated · status Ready / Scheduled / Posted · Show full caption / Show less · When: Posted {date} / Scheduled for {date} at {time} / Ready to post or schedule / No timing set · Platforms: · chip Uses connected Facebook Pages.

Controls

  • Search Search captions, titles, pages…
  • Sort Newest first · Oldest first · Scheduled soonest
  • Post now / Publishing… — confirm Publish this post now?
  • Schedule / Reschedule
  • View on Facebook — stub toast Opens Facebook (UI-only)
  • Copy caption
  • Delete — confirm Delete this post? (the post can stay live on Facebook)

Typical workflow

  1. Connect a Facebook Page.
  2. Generate variants. Approve Save for later or Schedule.
  3. From My posts, Post now or Schedule.
  4. Filter Posted to confirm it went out.
