Pick when a generated post goes out.

Brand → AI Post → Schedule posts (/posts/schedule). Kicker AI Social Post. Subtitle: “Tap Schedule on a ready post to pick a date and time. On tablet and desktop you can also drag a post onto a calendar day.”

What it is

The calendar for posts that are Ready. A scheduled post still needs a connected Facebook Page.

Open the screen

Click Schedule posts or Schedule from My posts. Loader: Loading schedule…. Header: My posts · Generate. Stats: Ready · Scheduled.

What the page shows

Calendar: Today · view week / month · drop target Drop here. Mobile empty day: Nothing scheduled.

Queue: “Drop scheduled posts here to make them ready again” · Ready to schedule. Empty ready: Nothing waiting — approved posts show up here. Upcoming empty: Scheduled posts will appear here. N post(s) scheduled · Next up:

Ready cards: Ready to go · Drag to calendar · Schedule · Drop on a day. Edit time on scheduled items.

Time modal: Choose a time / Edit schedule time · Date · Time · Suggested times 9:00 AM · 1:00 PM · 6:00 PM · Cancel · Confirm time.

Typical workflow

  1. Approve a variant as Save for later.
  2. Open Schedule. Drag onto a day (desktop) or tap Schedule (mobile).
  3. Confirm 9:00 AM / 1:00 PM / 6:00 PM or a custom time.
  4. To pull it back, drop it on the Queue.
