Reputation Report
Monthly review stats by site, plus Google Business Profile insights.
Brand → Reputation Report (/reports) is the monthly stats page. Kicker Brand. There is no AddonGate. The AI Replies card hides when the review-reply add-on is off.
What it is
This is reporting, not the live Reputation Manager feed. Tabs: Dandy Stats · GBP Insights.
Open the screen
Click Reputation Report. Loader: Loading report…. Mock sessions show UI-only under the title.
What the page shows
Filters: Select Location. On GBP Insights also Select Time Period (Last 30 days / Last 90 days / Since joining Dandy). Site chips Google · Yelp · Tripadvisor. Month select on Dandy Stats.
Metrics: Average Star Rating · Total Reviews · AI Replies · Negative Reviews. Click a metric for a 6-month trend modal (Close).
Dandy Stats tables:
- Monthly Review Count by Star Rating — Star Rating · New Reviews · Existing Reviews
- Summary — Joined on · Average Rating Difference · New Reviews by Star Rating · Negative reviews enrolled in dispute sequence · Negative reviews removed · AI replies to positive reviews
GBP Insights charts:
- Where customers view your business on Google — Impressions · Website Clicks
- The most common actions customers take on your listing — Direction requests · Website visits · Calls
- How many times customers call your business
Empty site: Connect us with {site} to get the most out of Dandy · Help Me Get Connected! Empty GBP: Connect Google Business Profile · Help Me Get Connected! That sends Thank you! / Your request has been sent to our support team.
Typical workflow
- Pick the location and month.
- Check Negative reviews enrolled in dispute sequence vs Removed.
- If a site chip is empty, Help Me Get Connected! or open Integrations.
