Integrations

Connect Facebook, Google, and Tripadvisor so reviews and replies can run.

Settings → Integrations (/integrations) is titled Integrations. Kicker Settings. Description: “Connect Facebook, Google, and Tripadvisor for each location so surveys and reputation tools can pull the right reviews.” Loader: Loading integrations… / Loading location….

What it is

This is the review-network hookup for one location. It is not Connections (Facebook login, CRM webhooks, API keys) and not the public review-page URLs on My Locations.

Yelp can appear in reputation reports and the review feed, but this screen does not have a Yelp connect button. Ask support if a Yelp listing needs to be attached.

Open the screen

  1. Click Integrations under Settings.
  2. Select location.
  3. Do this after Launch Progress marks the review sites, and before you expect rows in Reputation Manager or Dispute Manager.

This screen is not behind an add-on gate.

What the page shows

Hero Review networks — {n} of 3 connected. Site tiles Facebook, Google, Tripadvisor (rating or 0).

Kicker Setup, then one tutorial per network.

Footer on tutorials: “Once your invitation has been sent to Dandy, please allow 1–3 business days for the invite to be accepted.” Live Leadsie: “After you finish in Leadsie, return here — status updates automatically.”

Facebook

Connect Dandy to Facebook / Option: Automated Setup.

  • Add Facebook / Update Facebook — “For {location}.”
  • Steps quote Connect Facebook. Preview: Continue to Facebook / GetDandy wants access to your Pages / “Reviews and messages only — this does not post for you.” / Continue with Facebook.

Option: Manual Setup — Pages → Page Settings → Page Roles. Paste the profile, choose Briana Nicole, change Editor to Moderator, Add.

Google

Connect Dandy to Google.

  • Option: Automated Setup (Google Business Profile API) — Add Google Access / Update Google Access. “Opens Google authorization for {location}.” Then Select GBP location / Loading Google locations….
  • Option: Automated Setup (Leadsie) — Add Google / Update Google · Sign in with Google. Preview: Choose an account · Business Profile account.
  • Option: Manual Setup — sign in · Users · Invite new users · reviewviohelp@gmail.com · Manager or Site Manager · Invite.

Tripadvisor

Connect Dandy to Tripadvisor / Option: Manual Setup.

Open here → Profile → Managed User Access → Invite New User → support@getdandy.com. Then Mark invite sent / Invite sent.

Live: “Connected status appears after Dandy accepts your invite (usually 1–3 business days).”

Typical workflow

  1. Select location.
  2. Connect Facebook (automated Leadsie, or manual Page Roles).
  3. Connect Google (GBP API + place picker, or Leadsie, or a manager invite).
  4. Invite Tripadvisor and Mark invite sent.
  5. Wait 1–3 business days if the tile still shows disconnected.
  6. Confirm reviews in Reputation Manager.
