My Locations

Company details, logo, and review-page URLs for each site.

Settings → My Locations (/locations) is titled My Locations. Kicker Settings. Description: “Company details, optional contact info, logo, and the review pages used in surveys.” Loader: Loading location….

What it is

This is the list of sites on the account. Open a location to edit optional contact details, the logo, and the public review-page URL for each network. Adding or renaming a site happens here.

The sidebar location filter only chooses which of these sites the other screens show. Connecting GetDandy so it can read and reply is a separate step in Integrations.

Open the screen

  1. Click My Locations under Settings.
  2. Use Select location on the page.

This screen is not behind an add-on gate.

What the page shows

Empty: No locations yet — “Locations added to this account will show up here so you can edit contact details and review links.”

When a location is selected:

Company information — read-only Company name, Country, City, Zip code (empty shows —) and a plan badge.

Optional information — “Shown on surveys, listings, and team views for this site.” Fields Location name, Website (harborgrill.com), Phone number / Country code (9495550188).

Location logo — “Used on surveys and location-branded pages.” Update location logo / Uploading….

Site reviews survey links — “These URLs are sent when you request a survey, so customers land on the right review page.” Labels Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Yelp. Placeholder URL for {label} Review Page.

Save: Update my information / Saving…. There are no tabs.

Typical workflow

  1. Select location.
  2. Fill Location name, Website, and Phone number.
  3. Update location logo if surveys should show a mark.
  4. Paste the public review-page URL for Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, and Yelp.
  5. Update my information.
  6. Connect those networks in Integrations so Reputation Manager can pull reviews.

Empty, locked, or preview-only

Company name, country, city, and zip are read-only on this screen. Yelp can have a survey URL here even though Integrations has no Yelp connect button.
