AI Listings Management

See directory coverage and request a listings sync for the location.

Marketing → AI Listings Management (/listings) is marked New in the sidebar. Kicker Marketing. Description: “Synup listings sync for {location}. UI preview of the listings dashboard.”

What it is

This screen is the listings control plane for one location: a directory grid and a Sync listings button. It is not the Google connection in Integrations, not Map Pack Ranking, and not the place to edit NAP or review-page URLs (My Locations).

Open the screen

  1. Click AI Listings Management under Marketing.
  2. The location filter in the sidebar footer chooses the site.
  3. Without the add-on you see the marketing page (Not active, product AI Listings Management). Headline Be found everywhere. Highlight Stay accurate automatically.

What the page shows

When the add-on is on, the unlocked layout is a preview:

  • Button Sync listings (toast Sync requested)
  • Card Directory coverage with badge Connected
  • Directory rows (hardcoded in this preview): Google Live · Apple Maps Live · Bing Needs photo · Yelp Live · Facebook Live · Tripadvisor Pending

There are no tabs and no editable fields.

Controls

Sync listings is the only action. It does not call a listings API in this preview. A toast confirms the click.

Typical workflow

  1. Confirm the location in the sidebar footer.
  2. Read Directory coverage so you know which networks are Live, Pending, or Need a photo.
  3. Click Sync listings when you want a refresh. Treat the toast as confirmation of the click, not as a completed Synup job.
  4. Edit company name, phone, website, and review-page URLs in My Locations. Connect Google / Facebook / Tripadvisor in Integrations.

Empty, locked, or preview-only

The directory grid is mock data. Sync is UI-only. If you see UI only — no backend call was made., nothing was sent to a listings backend.
