Channels

Toggles for the website widget, SMS, voice, and Google Business messages.

Channels is at /channels. It is not in the main sidebar. Kicker Inbox Pro. Subtitle: “Turn Brandi's inboxes on or off per channel.”

What it is

This page is how Brandi is allowed to use each path. It is not Website Widgets (the embed designer) and not Inbox settings → Channels (Command Center channel wiring at /inbox-settings/widget/[id]).

There is no add-on gate on this URL, even though the kicker says Inbox Pro.

Open the screen

Go to /channels directly. There is no sidebar item.

What the page shows

Four rows, each badge Live, all start on:

  • Website widget
  • SMS
  • Voice
  • Google Business messages

Save writes the toggles. Toast: Channels saved.

Typical workflow

  1. Open /channels only when support asks you to disable a Brandi path.
  2. Toggle the channel off.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Confirm with support that the live account actually changed.
