How a merchant opens the dashboard, resets a password, and what signup does.
Sign in is the unauthenticated login at /login. It is not in the dashboard sidebar. A successful sign-in lands on Dashboard.
What it is
The login page is titled Welcome back. It is how every merchant and teammate opens the console. It is not Profile (where you change a password after you are already in) and not My Team (where owners invite people).
Admin users can also open a merchant console from Admin. In that case the login screen shows “Opening merchant console from Admin…” and skips the form.
Open the screen
Go to the merchant app URL. If you are signed out, you see /login.
What the page shows
- Heading Welcome back and the line “Sign in to see your AI agents at work”
- Email address
- Password
- Keep me signed in
- Forgot password?
- Sign In to GetDandy →
- Create an Account
- A note that the dashboard is mobile-friendly
Typical workflow
- Enter the work Email address (placeholder
you@yourbusiness.com). - Enter Password.
- Optionally check Keep me signed in so the session lasts across browser restarts.
- Click Sign In to GetDandy →. While the request runs the button reads Signing in….
- A failed attempt shows a red error banner above the form. A success takes you to
/dashboard.
Password reset
Forgot password? opens /forgot-password (Reset your password). Enter the work email and submit. If an account exists for that email, GetDandy sends reset instructions. The next screen is Check your email, with Go back to login →.
The link in that email opens Change password (/change-password): new password and confirm. After you are signed in you can also change the password from Profile.
Signup
Create an Account opens /signup (Create an account). Fields:
- Full name
- Company
- Phone (placeholder
(949) 555-0100) - Password
- Confirm password
The form is on the site, but creating an account there does not provision a live merchant. New accounts are set up for you. Use the login you were given.
While you are signed in
The top bar stays on every authenticated page:
- Support actions for a call, email, and the help desk
- A bell that opens the in-app alert feed (In-app alerts)
- Your avatar, which opens Profile
- Help in the sidebar (
/help) - Logout in the sidebar footer
The location control scopes many screens to one site. See Location filter.
