What GetDandy is

The merchant dashboard for reviews, guest conversations, listings, and billing.

GetDandy is the dashboard a restaurant or multi-location business uses to manage reputation and guest contact from one place. After sign-in, the app opens on Dashboard. These docs follow the same sidebar groups as the merchant app.

What it is

GetDandy is not a public website and not the guest widget. It is the staff console. Guests talk to Carrie on the phone, by SMS, or in the website widget. Brandi handles reviews, surveys, and replies. You watch both from this dashboard.

Open the screen

  1. Sign in at the merchant app with the email on the account. See Sign in.
  2. The first authenticated URL is /dashboard.
  3. Use the location switcher in the sidebar footer to pick All Locations or one site. See Location filter.

New accounts still run Launch Progress (/launch) until the wizard is complete.

What the sidebar shows

Two screens are not in that sidebar: AI Lead Follow-Up (/follow-up) and Channels (/channels). In-app alerts open from the bell in the header.

Add-ons

Some screens stay locked until that add-on is active. An inactive add-on shows a short marketing page instead of the tool. These guides name the add-on when a screen has one.

Typical gates: Inbox Pro (Inbox Dashboard, CRM, Tickets), Live Phone Receptionist, AI Lead Follow-Up, AI Social Post, Reputation Management, AI Review Reply, Competitive Intelligence, QR Code, AI Listings Management, Map Pack Ranking, Review Stream.

Conversations, Website Widgets, Knowledge Base, Reputation Report, Dispute Manager, and Settings are not behind an add-on gate.

Carrie and Brandi

Carrie is the communications teammate (voice, SMS, web chat). Brandi is the reputation teammate (reviews, surveys, replies). Their charts sit on the Dashboard. Their knowledge lives in Knowledge and Inbox settings. There is no separate app for either agent except Live Phone’s Manage Your Receptionist link, which opens Front Desk.
